KpopFlow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page outlines our policy for responding to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international frameworks.
Our Commitment
KpopFlow publishes original editorial analysis and commentary on Korean entertainment news. We attribute all source material by linking to the original article. Third-party images displayed on our site are used under fair use for the purpose of news reporting and editorial criticism. We do not claim ownership of any third-party images.
Takedown Request Procedure
If you believe that content on KpopFlow infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send a takedown request to the email address below. We will review your request and remove the infringing content within 24 hours of verification.
Your takedown request should include:
1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The specific URL(s) on KpopFlow where the infringing material is located.
3. Your full legal name, email address, and (if applicable) the organization you represent.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Timeline
Upon receiving a valid takedown request, KpopFlow will:
1. Acknowledge receipt of the request within 12 hours.
2. Review the claim and verify the reported content.
3. Remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24 hours of verification.
4. Notify the submitter once the content has been removed.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address. Your counter-notification must include all information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat Infringers
KpopFlow reserves the right to terminate access for users or sources that are repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws.
